thanks for the memories. def

soundcheck: when i'm sixty-four (the beatles)

haha. i dont know how to say this. but i guess there are many things in life that don't turn out the way you intend. i mean this in both ways.

like how in december, danker asked me what my goal was this season. i said to win gold, while others said going to the final was more impt. yet, it was understatement to say that i was delighted last fri. if someone had told me, in jan, that this team would make it to the finals, and make raffles scramble and worry their butts off, i would have laughed in their faces. i didn't this team could match, let alone surpass last season's, but im glad i was wrong. i guess that's sports; you win some, you lose some. glad to have both experiences :)

also, i told yj bef the final, that i would only cry if we lost on penalties, or if raffles scored their winner in the last min. haha. i must've have been telling jokes. and the match. oh man, what's there to say? i've never been so tired in my life, even now still aching. and i wished the ground would've have swallowed me in the 1st half; i was pathetic. thank god they couldnt take adv. def wasn't the best player, but i tried my absolute darndest. so i guess that's all i can do.

oh, and the crying. for sure that wasn't the plan. but some things you just can't control i suppose. at least the next time i see prof players in a major final, i can say that i've been part of one, and i did whatever i could. amen to that :)

party time at ben soh's!
oh, and ronaldo can just go and eat grass. for sure, he'll go to madrid. i SO hope they get relegated
