soundcheck: if only through heaven's eyes (nsync)
don't laugh. some boyband songs are really quite nice. like this one :)
anw, i've come across many anecdotes past couple of days. just the other day i had to travel 2 hours to chem tuition in UPPER THOMSON. wahlau. was tired even bef tuition started. thank goodness the tchr sent me back, or else i'd still be on my way home. anw, that's not the point. at the tuition. there were 2 NJC guys. OH MY GOD. one obviously suffered from broken wrists. don't ask me how i knew, it was rather obvious. he was poring all over the other guy, who seemed to like it. R21!
now if i sound like i can't stand gays, i don't know how else to be diplomatic. ok i don't walk around wearing a "faggots are maggots" t shirt, but i'm sorry, i'm rather zero-tolerant. its nthg to do with open-mindedness, black is black and white is white. there you go
the papers also reported that some poor guy died in NS doing pull ups. immediately, my mother asked me how many i could do, and (of course) nagged me to start trng for it. HAHA. anw, i feel for him and his family, and i don't think it had anything to do with some heart failure thing. simply put, it was just probably his time to go, and i say this with as much gravity and seriousness i can. so yup, treasure your loved ones!
lastly, today's papers devoted one full page to that kong hee guy, and some other dude with a western name. nce again, i'm sorry but i just don't buy their opinions. that konghee person said sthg like "whatever floats your boat, different strokes for different folks." so i guess mine will probably sink his boat. konghee's justification for his church being rich is suspiciously fishy. pastors earning $50,000 a month is as no link as phua chu kang acting in phantom of the opera. just NO LINK, NO SENSE. but like i said, whatever floats your boat, so don't hate.
lastly, i can still rmbr my sec2 bio tchr say that the thymus gland (whatever that is) is the most fundamental of human survival. HA!
